This Privacy Policy explains how the VPN Crazy Monkey mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles information.

In short: VPN Crazy Monkey does not require registration, does not ask for any personal information, and does not keep logs of your online activity.

1. Information we collect

The App is designed to work without collecting personal data. Specifically:

We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide an email address, name or phone number.
We do not keep activity logs — we do not record the websites you visit, the content you access, your DNS queries, or your browsing history.
We do not sell, rent or trade any user information, because we do not collect it.

2. How the VPN connection works

When you tap Connect, the App establishes an encrypted VPN tunnel between your device and the server you selected (United States, Netherlands or the Singapore). Your traffic passes through that server so it can reach the internet. The App requests the standard Android VPN permission solely to create this tunnel; it asks for nothing beyond what is needed to operate the VPN.

3. Permissions

The App uses Android's VPN service permission to route your network traffic through the selected server. This permission is the technical requirement for any VPN to function and is requested with your explicit confirmation each time the system requires it.

4. Third-party services

The current version of the App does not include third-party analytics or advertising services and does not share data with third parties.

Note on future updates: If a future version of the App introduces advertising (for example, Google AdMob) or analytics, those third-party providers may collect limited device information (such as an advertising identifier, approximate location or device type) to deliver and measure ads. If and when that happens, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe what is collected and by whom, and this section will be replaced with the specific details.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

6. Data security

VPN traffic is transmitted through an encrypted tunnel. Because we do not store personal data or activity logs, there is no such user database that could be exposed.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
